KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The University of Tennessee is hosting a run to honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces on Friday, Nov. 8.
The university along with the Army and Air Force ROTC programs will host a 2.25-mile run on campus to honor and recognize veterans.
Runners will start lining up at the Rock on campus at 5:45 a.m. The run starts at 6:10 and will finish at Haslam Field near the Anderson Training Center at 7 a.m.
The school is hosting other events around campus to honor veterans, including a wreath laying ceremony on Sunday.
All veterans on campus are welcome to participate.
