A 30-year-old man from Toronto is facing allegations of making online death threats and targeting members of the trans and Muslim communities in recent weeks. According to Toronto Police, the accused threatened to kill someone on September 30. Additionally, he reportedly made several online threats against individuals in the Trans and Muslim communities between September 29 and October 10. Following an investigation, authorities identified the suspect, executed a search warrant at his residence on Sunday, and arrested him. Abraham Lincoln Neranjan has been charged with one count of public incitement of hatred and three counts of uttering threats. He was scheduled to appear in court for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
