One Detroit contributors discuss Duggan’s final State of the City address

OPINION | Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan gave his final State of the City address Tuesday, March 25 at the Hudson Tower, 12 years after being elected in 2013. Duggan has announced that he is running for governor. 

The mayor’s final address highlighted the city’s efforts around affordable housing, community violence intervention, neighborhood beautification, employment, education and more.

One Detroit contributors Zoe Clark of Michigan Public, Stephen Henderson of “American Black Journal,” and Nolan Finley of The Detroit News, weighed in on Duggan’s final address.
