Event: Technical briefing via Microsoft Teams

CRTC officials will hold a virtual technical briefing to discuss the CRTC’s ongoing work to implement the Online Streaming Act. The briefing will discuss the CRTC’s update to its regulatory plan, and the launch of two new consultations to explore ways to better support Canadian film and television programming, and radio broadcasters.
Notes:
- Media representatives who wish to attend must register with CRTC by emailing media@crtc.gc.ca to obtain the Microsoft Teams link and the teleconference line before 12:00 p.m. EDT on November 15, 2024.
- Media who join via teleconference will have an opportunity to ask questions.
