A 23-year-old man from Milton, Issam Ahmad, has been charged with trafficking stolen property after authorities discovered 1,880 bottles of high-end perfumes and colognes valued at approximately $319,000 during a search of his home on October 13, 2025. The Toronto Police’s 22 Division major crime unit initiated an investigation on September 29, following reports of multiple thefts from various retailers throughout the city.
According to Constable Viktor Sarudi, the search warrant executed at Ahmad’s residence resulted in the seizure of the stolen items. Ahmad now faces several charges, including trafficking in property obtained by crime exceeding $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime exceeding $5,000, and possession of property for trafficking exceeding $5,000.
