CRTC officials will hold a virtual technical briefing to discuss the CRTC’s ongoing work to implement the modernized Broadcasting Act. The briefing will discuss the CRTC’s latest consultation on the definition of Canadian content for audio services.
Notes:
- Media representatives who wish to attend must register with CRTC by emailing media@crtc.gc.ca to obtain the Microsoft Teams link and the teleconference line before 12:00 p.m. EST on February 20, 2025.
- Media who join via teleconference will have an opportunity to ask questions.
- This media technical briefing is for attribution; however, media representatives are asked not to rebroadcast this briefing in whole or in part.
